Q1 – How to make a reservation?
If you decide to make a reservation, use the contact form found on the corresponding listing page. You can also use our general Contact Form. Our staff will respond as soon as possible to give you additional information and support.

Q2 – Is there any form of advance payment?
Yes. To complete a reservation, the guest pays 30% of the total price in advance. The remaining amount should be paid on arrival day.

Q3 – What types of payment are accepted?
Advance payment can be paid via bank transfer. The remaining amount can be paid by cash (Euro).

Q4 – What if I have to cancel my reservation?
If the reservation is cancelled up to 60 days before arrival, you will get a refund in the amount of 80% of the advance payment. If the reservation is cancelled between 59 and 0 days before arrival, there is no refund.

Q5 – What if the borders are closed for travellers?
If the borders are closed, you will get a full refund of your advance payment.

Q6 – What should I do when I arrive to my accommodation?
You are obliged to present your identification documents to your host. The host has to register you to the official Croatian Tourist Agency. To make it easy for everyone, prepare the identification and payment before arrival and immediately resolve your obligations.
