Q1 – How to make a reservation?
You can send a reservation request through the contact form on the selected apartment page or via our general Contact Form. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible with all the details and assistance you may need.
Q2 – Is there any form of advance payment?
Yes. To complete your reservation, a 35% advance payment is required. The remaining balance is paid on the day of arrival.
Q3 – What types of payment are accepted?
The advance payment is made via bank transfer. The remaining balance is payable in cash (Euro) upon arrival..
Q4 – What if I have to cancel my reservation?
f you cancel more than 60 days before arrival, you will receive an 80% refund of the advance payment. For cancellations made 59 days or less before arrival, the advance payment is non-refundable.
Q5 – Is full refund possible in certain situations?
If official travel restrictions (border closure) prevent your arrival, you will receive a full refund of your advance payment.
Q6 – What should I do when I arrive to my accommodation?
Please prepare your identification documents and the remaining payment. You are required to present your ID/passport so we can register you with the Croatian Tourist Board, as required by law. This makes the check-in process quick and smooth.
Q7 – At what time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is usually from 15:00, and check-out until 10:00. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance — we will do our best to accommodate you.
Q8 – Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available for our apartments and is included in the price.
Q8 – Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed in most of our apartments. However, some units are pet-friendly (a surcharge may apply). Please check the individual apartment description on our website to see whether pets are permitted for that specific accommodation.
